On Thursday morning , police went to Grand Forks Red River High School following an inquiry about an active shooter at the school. A large group of police arrived at the school, where they found that there wasn’t an active shooter. A phone call was received by a person who caused authorities at the Grand Forks Police Department to call a large force to Grand Forks Red River High School in the early hours of Thursday, at about 10:30 a.m.
